SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We offer FREE SHIPPING for our furniture range on selected pincodes, otherwise a Rs.999 shipping charge is applicable.
For Homeware, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs.999. However, a nominal shipping charge (Rs.99) is applicable for orders below Rs.999.
If you book multiple products in a single order, we will endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to the nature of the product and/or the mode of delivery.
Concerned about whether your shipping address is serviced?
Simply select the product you wish to buy, enter the desired pincode, and submit it. You will instantly receive a popup on the serviceability and delivery timelines for that pincode.
Before processing your payment, we will do a quick double-check on the pincode with our database.
In the event of a non-serviceable location for furniture, you can reach us at contact@lofy.in or call us on 7575004000. Our team will work quickly to find a solution and get back to you within 48 hours.
In certain cases, if we agree to deliver the products in serviceable pincodes, we may deliver the product to your doorstep provided the transportation/shipping cost is borne by you in advance. The system will indicate whether we charge for shipments to your pincode while checking serviceability.
What will be the mode of delivery? How can I track my order?
Homeware products (decor, kitchen, furnishing, etc.) will be delivered through Lofy’s logistics team or reputed courier services within 5 – 7 working days. These orders can be tracked online using the AWB number on the respective logistic partner's sites.
Furniture products will be shipped via Lofy’s logistic team or reputed courier services within 3-4 days. Delivery for furniture done through Lofy’s logistics team and reputed assemblers takes 12 to 15 days.
